1. Falling in love is a mess, fall in love anyway
Love can make their feelings erratic at times like their hormones. When people act base on how they feel they usually make poor decisions, mess follows. It’s common. So what they need to understand is that love is not a feeling, it is an action word that demands loving themselves first. And by choosing to love, they’ll see something about themselves they would never see had they choose not to.
2. True beauty is not seen by the eyes
“You should not use outward aids to make yourselves beautiful, such as the way you fix your hair, or the jewelry you put on, or the dresses you wear. Instead, your beauty should consist of your inner true self, the ageless beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of the greatest value in God’s sight.” The most sensible and practical beauty tips taken from 1 Peter 3: 3-5 .
3. Empty brain is real
Me: “What’s on your thought?” (oftentimes)
Hubby: “Nothing” (most of the time)
Sorry to tell you ladies, our hero means it. It is inherent among the male species. We will always find it difficult to accept the “nothing box” in their head because ours is so full. And it is very feminine to expect men to think like we does, but believe me it’s futile, it can never be. Here’s what I found out: the secret to dealing peacefully with men is to accept and enjoy the differences, no more no less.
4. Shut up more often
Women devote more brain cells to communicate and that the mere act of talking can produce a high, similar to the rush that addicts experience when they get a hit according to studies. In our desire to make our self-relevant, we always want our voice to be heard. We rarely take the time to be still, keep quiet and listen. We never realize that through silence we can always get what we really want.
5. Malunggay is life
It does not matter whether it is my faith working or the sufficient scientific evidence of benefit on using malunggay (Moringa) that made me want every one of you to drink a glass of it at least once a day. In these generations of everything instant, young ones disregard the accumulated knowledge purify through the ages and healthcare is the most flourishing business we have in town today. Take care of your bodies, it is the only one you’ve got. Especially today that there’s COVI!D 19.
#1 and #3 for sure ❤

Indeed, true beauty cannot be seen or touched, but they must be felt by the heart.
In this age of social media where beauty has become a currency, this is a wise piece of advice to pass on to younger generation.

You and your daughters are beautiful. Remember, we become healers because of the trials/tribulations that God allows. We become angels of strength and great purpose.
I am deeply sorry for your loss. I’ve never lost a child but lost many family members.
Your strength is inspirational.
Blessings, Emma

Excellent post Aui ! I learned all about men and their nothing boxes a long time ago when I attended a marriage course, with my husband, at our church. It was a video presentation given by Gary Smalley I believe (don’t quote me on that – it was years ago). One of the things that got the entire audience laughing was the notion of a nothing box and women’s brains are likened to supercomputers that process a ton of thoughts and information all at once. Phew, what I would give for a nothing box even once in a while. LOL 🙂

A good advise by a mother.
All mothers should do this, especially to the daughters.
In this so called world, the daughters are to be protected more.
Fond Regards,

Lovely advises from a mom! 🙂
Though just a thought on 3rd one,
Not only men, but sometimes women also tend to not understand men. And it’s nobody’s fault as these both are wired differently by god itself.
